Hi All, so not the news we wanted to hear today but honestly we didn't expect anything to change.

We know you are all as frustrated and feed up as we are, but we can confirm we are not going anywhere, we will be back as soon as the powers that be see fit.

We would like to thank you for your continued support to date and into the future.

Don't forget about our new "On Demand" classes and our ongoing online classes!

You shouldn't wait until we are back open to start exercising, it is to important to delay.
You should start exercising now as it will make a huge difference to you in a few weeks.

"NEW On Demand Online Pilates Classes" At Service

"NEW On Demand Online Pilates Classes"

At ServiceYourBody.ie we are always trying to keep our clients motivated and moving during these lock downs and we are at it again....

We are delighted to launch our New On Demand Online Pilates Classes. You can access the On Demand Classes anytime and at your leisure, through your Glofox app.

The On Demand classes can be accessed through the "Community" section on your Glofox app, we are giving everyone FREE ACCESS to the On Demand classes all this week as a complimentary trial.

The classes are a mix of 45 min Mixed Level Classes, HIIT Pilates and shorter 20 min classes, we will be adding class videos to the On Demand classes on a weekly basis.

We will be bring you a variety of different classes e.g. Bums & Tums, Core Blast, Beginner and Intermediate classes over the coming weeks.

Let us know if you have a type of class you would like added!

You can continue to access our Live On Line classes though our Lucan studio timetable below:

Live Online Class Timetable:
Mon 7pm - Mixed Level
Tues 9:30am - Mixed Level
Tues 7pm - Mixed Level
Wed 6pm - HIIT Pilates
Thurs 9:30am - Mixed Level
Sat 9am - Mixed Level

All the above online classes are on Glofox Lucan to book now.

How to Access the On Demand Classes:

- If you are already signed up to Glofox you simple log in the app using your email and password
- If you are new to Glofox you will need to download the Glofox app in your app store
- Once downloaded search for Service Your Body and select the studio nearest you Lucan / Celbridge / Ratoath
- Create an account using your email and set up a password.

Once set up you will see the "Community" button at the bottom of the screens and simply select the class you wish to watch on you device.
