A little bit of Selfcare

I have been having a bit of right knee pain when running these past few weeks so I am working on a lot of leg strengthening exercises on the Reformer.

My aim is to build up glutes, quads and hamstring on my right leg, stance leg in these exercises....

I also threw in a few push ups to show Pilates is not just for Girls 😊🙏

It is very important to exercise postpartum and build up your core following child birth.

Exercise should be gradual and done at your own pace, Pilates is the perfect form of exercise for this as it is low intensity and strengthens your core and pelvic floor.

It will build you up and get your body ready for additional exercising such as running or lift weights etc.

All the above online classes are on Glofox Lucan Timetable to book.

How to Book:
- Purchase a Mat class pass as below.
- Once you have mat class credits in your account, simply book yourself into the online classes through the Lucan studio on Glofox.
- Download the Zoom cloud app onto the device you wish to use.
- We will email you the link to the class on Zoom, 15 minutes before the class starts.

Online Class Passes:
• 6 Class Pass €85 (valid 8 weeks)
• 10 Class pass €120 (valid 10 weeks)
• Unlimited Mat Class Pass €85 (valid for 4 weeks from date of purchase)
• Drop In Class Pass €16 (valid for 1 month)

Online physio appointments are very new to everyone and some people are not too sure how they can work for them.
